Shower Programs
Our showers are available for anyone who needs a safe place to wash up.
What is provided
Starting in 2024, we began offering free showers all year round. Guests are offered a number of items designed to help them to care for their own health and hygiene, including:
- Clean towels
- Snacks & cold water
- New underwear, socks & shirts
- Other clothing as available
- Toiletries such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, comb, period products, etc.
Clean, Hot Showers
Our shower program is committed to providing private and clean spaces for guests to comfortably wash up. Sign up to receive text updates for changes to locations or hours of service.
Harlem
Partnering with Harlem United, we are thrilled to run our shower program on Mondays and Fridays, providing guests with all the essentials they need for a refreshing shower, year-round.

Have Ideas for Where We Should Operate
We know that there are not nearly enough public restrooms or showers in NYC. If you know of a space with indoor showers that not made available to the public, or outdoor space where we can place a shower trailer, please let us know.
Hygiene Kit Program
Personal care is a fundamental daily need for mental and physical well-being. For people living without a home or in poverty, it’s a need that is often hard to meet.
What is provided
No one should face judgment or preventable health issues because they lack hygiene essentials or a place to use them with dignity. We pack and donate thousands of personal care kits to people in need to help them prevent common health issues. These kits include:
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Comb
- Tissues
- Lotion
- Lip balm
- Sunscreen
- Wet wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Bandages
- Hair ties
- Shampoo
- Hair conditioner
